Game logos are pretty much everywhere. When you look at any game’s box, its logo will be staring you straight in the face. They’re pretty common aspects of gaming, and so a lot of the time we take them for granted – save for a few iconic and eye catching ones. But when you need to identify a game or series, what is it that you look for? The logo of course. Some are easily recognizable while others are a little bit more obscure. But every game, series, and franchise have a logo meant to grab the viewer’s attention.
Some are easier to remember than others, while some are just obscure enough that you completely forget about them. You’d be surprised at the lack of originality in some of these logos. Most games just stylize their title. If it’s a sequel, they’ll add the corresponding number somewhere in there too. Maybe in the background or maybe even somewhere on the side.
