Capcom has announced that blonde brawler Cody Travers will be hitting Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition on June 26.

Fresh from a spell behind bars, Cody has overhauled his wardrobe and arrives in Capcom’s fighting sequel semi-suited and booted. Don’t expect his jail time to have calmed him down, though; the muscle-bound ex-con still loves nothing better than to crack some heads.

His sartorial switch-up is for a reason, too: Cody is now the Mayor of Metro City. Ta-dah!

Cody’s arrival in Street Fighter V follows on from Falke, Blanka, and Sakura as the fourth character in the game’s Season 3 Fighter Pass, with G and Sagat arriving later in the year.

While not being able to lob rocks or perform a Criminal Upper in his V-Tigger state, Cody will instead fire off a powerful Tornado Sweep at his enemies, and can make use of a rather deadly-looking knife. Failing that, he can also pull out a massive pipe to duff up his enemies with, Streets of Rage-style.

Cody will set you back $5.99 or 100,000 Fight Money. Check him out in the trailer below, where he’s played by Kenny Omega (who Colm informed me, much to his delight, is a New Japan Pro Wrestler).
