Ol’ Tentacle-tash is back again, and Xur’s brought with him another stash of weapons so it’s time for your regular headsup. This time he’s back on the EDZ on Earth in the Winding Cove region – as usual, he’s marked on your map sitting just up the hill from the fast travel point and behind the crashed shuttle.
His wares this week include the Graviton Lance pulse rifle which comes with the Black Hole ability where the third shot in every burst does high damage and all kills with the weapon make enemies explode. It’s not a great offering frankly as you can get it as an optional reward in the campaign, but nevertheless if you want it it’ll set you back 29 Legendary Shards.
In the armour category are the Hunter-exclusive Young Ahamkara’s Spine gauntlets which increase Tripwire Grenade duration, the Mask of the Quiet One helmet for Titans which grants melee, grenade and class ability energy when taking damage, and the Nezarac’s Sin helmet for Warlocks which increases the energy recharge of your abilities upon void damage kills. They’ll cost you 23 shards a pop.
All four items have a max power level of 270, but will scale to your level if you’ve not yet reached the cap. As always he’ll be in his spot until the weekly reset on Tuesday morning.
