Dante and the gang are well and truly back, as sales tracking company Chart Track has announced that Devil May Cry 5 has topped the UK sales charts this week.
The news gives publisher Capcom its second number one of the year after the Resident Evil 2 remake and marks the first time the series has had the coveted position since Ninja Theory’s DmC (which is still a pretty fine game) back in 2013.
The rest of this week’s chart is fairly similar to last week, although Red Dead Redemption 2 climbs back up to second while last week’s number one, EA’s Anthem, slips down to fourth place. Here’s how the top 10 looks:
- Devil May Cry 5
- Red Dead Redemption 2
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Anthem
- FIFA 19
- Far Cry: New Dawn
- The Lego Movie 2 Videogame
- Super Smash Bros Ultimate
- Metro Exodus
- Grand Theft Auto V
