Reports are spreading within the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare community of multiplayer cheats going unpunished. A player named Straiyan is said to have been “plaguing Australian Ground War servers for weeks” according to a highly upvoted post on Reddit. The post includes a recording of Straiyan in action, with what appears to be clear evidence of an aimbot type of cheat. Modern Warfare players are asking how someone who they claim is very clearly cheating has not been banned yet....

Call of Duty Warzone is getting a brand-new map as part of Vanguard/Warzone’s Season Four update. The map, titled “Fortune’s Keep”, features several key locations including Keep, a towering structure which houses 20 cannons, 10 staircases, 12 rooms and a fountain, and Smuggler’s Cove, another area with a focus on verticality, which includes eight ladders, three ziplines, eight huts and 11 boats. Given the approximate size of Fortune’s Keep, one could speculate that this new map could replace Rebirth Island, the secondary map first introduced to Warzone with the release of Black Ops: Cold War....

Sales of Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy have topped the 10 million milestone, Activision Blizzard announced during its quarterly earnings call overnight. The retro platforming bundle, which features fully remade versions of PlayStation classics Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped, launched on PlayStation 4 in June 2017. It was then ported to PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch last year. The trilogy topped the UK chart for a massive eight weeks last summer following its multiplatform debut, and remained a chart staple for some time after....
Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions has a new trailer, showing off its roster of movie characters. As part of IGN’s Summer of Gaming Expo, the trailer for Creed Champions featured gameplay and a good look at its characters. These include Ivan Drago, Clubber Lang, Rocky Balboa, Apollo Creed, and, of course, Adonis Creed—the star of the show. Cyberpunk 2020 creator Mike Pondsmith teases a new character and side quest that could be added to Cyberpunk 2077. Developer CD Projekt RED has confirmed several exciting NPCs for Cyberpunk 2077, such as Johnny Silverhand, a character played by Keanu Reeves, and this new character is another one for the list. In posts on Reddit, Pondsmith told a fan about a campaign that he had created for the Cyberpunk 2020 board game....

Bungie has detailed its plans for the latest season of additional content for Destiny 2: Forsaken, showing off what to expect from the Season of Opulence when it kicks off next week. The meain features of the new content will see the addition of the Menagerie, a new six player matchmade activity that features challenges and rewards that change every time you play it. This will be joined by the new Crown of Sorrow raid, challenging Guardians to ‘seek the most valuable treasures in the underbelly of the Leviathan....

This weekend, Destiny 2 players successfully completed the first Community Challenge, which tasked the fan base with completing a number of tasks on Mars. And in return for completing the Mars Community Challenge, Bungie would unlock bonus rewards in the Menagerie every Friday until the release of Shadowkeep on October 1st. The bonus rewards for the Menagerie in Destiny 2 will grant players an extra item each time they use the Chalice of Opulence to craft something....
Bungie confirmed during a live stream yesterday that Destiny 2: Forsaken will introduce a brand new weapon in the shape of a bow and arrow. Yeah, quite why you’d need one in a ruck with futuristic, vaporizing weapons is anyone’s guess, but it’s happening. The bow will be available in three flavours: Short, medium, and long range, although that’s about all we know right now. In addition, and perhaps more importantly, the space shooter will introduce three new content drops from this winter until summer next year....
