Robert Kurvitz, a former Disco Elysium writer is filing a lawsuit against developer ZA/UM on behalf of his own company, Telomer OÜ. We don’t currently know the specifics of the lawsuit, but it is understood that Telomer OÜ is requesting to obtain information and review documents from ZA/UM. Despite not knowing the specifics, we can take a reasonable guess at what triggered this. Earlier this month the ZA/UM Cultural Association was dissolved with multiple employees being released in the process....

After last week’s rumour surrounding Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, it’s been made official. The game which was originally only available to those who picked up specific editions of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is coming to PS4 tomorrow, June 27, and PC and Xbox One at a later date. It’ll cost you $39.99 in the States with no price for UK members of the video game playing public just yet, and won’t contain the Variety Map Pack DLC which you’ll have to purchase separately if you feel so inclined....

Some marketing materials originally leaked the release date, then a tweet right before the big reveal all but confirmed it, but Activision has now made it official during a 30 minute live stream. Call of Duty: WWII will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 3. Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg opened the publisher’s big live media briefing in London and began by stating that prior to development, they wanted to take the series back to its roots....

Capcom will unveil two mystery game titles at Jump Festa 2020. Capcom is having a banner year. Resident Evil 2 and Monster Hunter World have led them to record profits and sales, but that’s not all Capcom has cooking in the oven. Two more games are about to be revealed later this month at Jump Festa 2020, a Japanese anime convention that runs from December 21st to 22nd. Developer Supercell is bringing back one of the best parts of Clash Royale: the creation of fantasy esports teams in the Clash Royale League with Fantasy Royale. Beginning on September 21 through the game’s Esports tab, players will be able to manage all aspects of the league. For the unfamiliar, Fantasy Royale allows players to create a team of Clash Royale League competitors from among the best in the world. Users then watch and track their performance during Clash Royale League broadcasts, and score Crowns for every Crown your fantasy player earns in a match....

Sega released a new Company of Heroes 3 video featuring a look at the implementation of dynamic destruction within the upcoming real-time strategy game. Amanita Design has announced Creaks, its latest game which is a perplexing puzzler set in a mansion populated by dangerous monsters. These monsters are called Creaks.
