Cayde 6 Is Not Looking Too Chipper In This New Destiny 2 Forsaken Trailer

Bungie has released a new trailer for Destiny 2’s Forsaken expansion, and it’s not looking too good for mechanical funny man Cayde-6. The usually irreverent chap is uncharacteristically quiet in the trailer, although that’s probably got something to do with the fact nearly half his face is missing. Forsaken is a major expansion for Bungie’s shared-world shooter, and forms part of the game’s Year 2 activities. It sees players paying another visit to the Reef, and introduces a brand new mode known as Gambit, which combines PvP and PvE elements for the first time....

Classified military documents have been leaked to the War Thunder forum for the third time. Imagine being Arnold Schwarzenegger circa 1985. You’ve won the Mr. Universe bodybuilding competition five times and Mr. Olympia seven times. Moving to the US in 1968 with dreams of becoming a movie star, you made your first film appearance within two years (the best-forgotten Hercules In New York) and managed to land a Golden Globe for your turn in Bob Rafelson’s Stay Hungry (1976). Creative Assembly Is Indeed Working On A New First Person Shooter

The developer behind Alien: Isolation has confirmed it is beavering away on a brand new IP, confirming previous hints last year from a series job openings. Yeah, it’s a shame it’s not a sequel to the 2014 survival horror title, but we’re still pretty stoked. Not only is the studio working on fresh IP, but Neill Blomkamp, director of District 9, has had a gander at it. Lucky git! That’s about all they’d share, although it’s still good to hear regardless....

Cyber Shadow Review Through The Past But Darkly

It’s not uncommon to see games do their best to hearken back to the NES era. That muted 8-bit color palette, the chiptunes, the tough-as-nails gameplay. All of that carries a ton of nostalgia for people who grew up playing them. Similarly, an 8-bit styled ninja game is insanely familiar territory. Cyber Shadow wears its influences on its sleeve and initially seems well-made, if unambitious. But as it goes on, it becomes clear that there’s much more to it than that....

Demolish Or Die Early Access Is It Worth It

There’s a startling lack of destruction-based sandbox games in the wake of Red Faction: Guerilla. When I saw Demolish or Die pop up on Reddit, I knew I had to give it a try. The game entered Early Access today and is set to stay that way for a few months, at the very least. The current version is mostly complete, but everything will become more polished, plus the game will receive a new enemy, a new dungeon, more open-world activities, and taller buildings to destroy....
