The camera toting protagonist from the original Dead Rising is finally making his grand reemergence into the series with Dead Rising 2: Case West. The standalone expansion to Dead Rising 2 launches in less than week, December 27, and is aiming to break the record that its predecessor Dead Rising 2: Case Zero set. The Destiny franchise has always had a tumultuous relationship with its own lore and story telling. The world of Destiny 2: Shadowkeep continued its evolution this week as Ikora’s massive device is another step closer to completion, promising a showdown with the Vex Mind. The game also recieved a new difficulty mode for its Nightmare Hunts, also unlocking a new essence quest to obtain the unique looking Fusion Rifle, Dream Breaker. Change is also coming to the sandbox, following the first round of adjustments made a few weeks ago at launch....

With only a few weeks until the release of Destiny 2’s new Shadowkeep expansion, players are taking the opportunity to pick up a few more rewards before moving into Year 3. Alongside players, Bungie is doing its part to make sure these final weeks playing Destiny 2 before Shadowkeep are that much more rewarding. The new Destiny 2: Shadowkeep cinematic trailer released at Gamescom for the game’s Season of the Undying may look familiar to fans because at least a portion of the cinematic is two years old. That trailer leaked back in February 2017, and it is completely identical to the first part of the new trailer for Shadowkeep. The original version of this cinematic leaked back before Destiny 2 was even announced. Back then, months before the reveal of the sequel, many thought that this cinematic was likely something made for the upcoming Destiny 2 or possibly originally made in connection with a canceled Vex-themed expansion for Destiny 1....
Destiny 2 recently got an interesting addition in the form of the Leviathan’s Breath, a slow-firing Exotic bow capable of taking out most enemies in PvE and PvP with a single shot. The general consensus among players seems to be that the Leviathan’s Breath is a very powerful weapon, but it is held back by a very tiny ammo count. However, there is a way around that. Being a power weapon, the Leviathan’s Breath is already much more limited ammo-wise than most bows, but limiting things further is the fact that a brick of heavy ammo only gives it two shots, making it more like a rocket launcher in how the game expects players to use it....
Today Bungie announced that no more expansions will be removed from its popular online shooter Destiny 2. The developers mentioned that they want players to be able to enjoy the current saga from start to finish, and to do so for a long time, so the practice of sunsetting expansion will be discontinued. They aim for the Destiny universe to grow, and they will do whatever they can to make that possible within their engine....
The first in-game look at Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will be revealed at E3, Square Enix has confirmed. So far, fans have only been shown a CGI trailer and a handful of screenshots of Eidos Montreal’s upcoming sci-fi RPG, but that’s all set to change during Square’s E3 press conference next Tuesday, June 16. Hopefully we’ll get a hint as to when to expect the game, too: At the moment, Mankind Divided is without a release window....
