While not quite the full-fledged MMO many have been expecting, new Neverwinter can’t be a bad thing, right? A somewhat surprising Call of Duty: Modern Warfare revelation has led to speculation about the Infinity Ward’s plans for 2020. The leak in question has to do with Sony’s partnership with Activision to offer exclusive Survival maps on PS4. This leak details how each Modern Warfare season will include one additional map. Further, it shows 5 “Redacted” maps planned for the future. Fans believe this implies that Modern Warfare will feature 5 new seasons in 2020....

The back and forth between Crytek and CIG over Star Citizen continues as the latest documents have been filed by CIG. This is CIG’s response to Crytek’s documents from last week stating that the case should not be dismissed by the court. During the deluge of new game announcements at The Game Awards this week, Remedy snuck in a free update for Control. This isn’t the story expansion called Foundation due out early next year, though. Rather, Expeditions is a time trial mixed with a horde mode for Control players who just can’t get enough of that telekinetic combat. Cautiously Optimistic I’m not one of those players, unfortunately. Crysis Remastered is coming to PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch, and could feature Warhead as well as the original Crysis (via DSOGaming). This is inferred from Tim Willits’ tweet, who is the chief creative officer of Saber Interactive, which is the studio in charge of the remaster’s Switch release. In his post, he referred to “remasters,” not the singular “remaster,” and people are theorising that Crysis Warhead could be bundled in the project....

Publisher Motion Twin has announced the latest update for Dead Cells is now live, bringing a host of other indie games into the roguelike adventure.
