Last month’s patch might not have brought any new content to Cyberpunk 2077, but that doesn’t mean the development team has given up on “working on stuff” just yet. In a livestream, CD Projekt Red’s quest director, Pawel Sasko, confirmed that the team was aware that there is still “work to be done”, and said he was reviewing possible new review quests “daily”. “We’re still improving the game, because we are all aware that there is work to be done”, Sasko said in response to a question in the chat (thanks, Reddit via TheGamer)....

As part of its latest earnings report, CD Projekt has shared a revised breakdown of the projects currently occupying the studio’s time, confirming the “bulk of” its development capacity is now focused on Cyberpunk 2077’s story expansion, which is still expected to launch next year. Following Cyberpunk’s disastrous release at the tail-end of 2020, the majority of CD Projekt’s development resources (as shown in the chart below) were focused on remedying the game’s most pressing issues....

Today Paradox Interactive announced two more DLC coming to Cities Skylines. This time it’s two Content Creator Packs which often are launched together with major expansions. In fact, they’ll launch on January 25 alongside the Airports DLC. The first, by bsquiklehausen, is the Vehicles of the World DLC, and it comes with iconic vehicles like Japanese Shinkansen, London’s double-decker buses, or the famous Police Lamborghini from Italy (which is more an outlier than iconic, I guess....

2K has released a new comparison video highlighting the visual upgrade given to BioShock as part of the soon to be released BioShock: The Collection. After discovering a serious and unexpected bug that would have irreversibly corrupted your Cyberpunk 2077 save file, the guys at CD Projekt Red worked to fix this error as soon as possible, creating a hotfix that would have fixed this serious bug incorrectly introduced with the release of patch 1.1. More precisely, this bug was present in the “Down on the Street” mission, where due to an error in the script a dialogue with Takemura would no longer be started, blocking his quest forever and closing the player in an infinite loop from which he could only get outstarting your game from scratch....

CD Projekt has just announced that a live stream will be held tomorrow, Feb. 15, to discuss the future of Cyberpunk 2077. The stream will go live at 4:00 pm CET / 10:00 am ET, and it should cover updates coming to the game, which likely includes news and info on the timetable for the release of the next-gen versions of Cyberpunk 2077. The announcement came from the game’s official Twitter account, but not many other details were shared aside from the date and time of the ‘REDstream’ that’ll be live on CD Projekt’s Twitch channel....

Destiny 2 on PC is going through a major transition. On September 30, Destiny 2 will become unavailable on Blizzard’s Battle.net platform for 24 hours of maintenance. It won’t be going live on Blizzard’s platform again. On October 1, Destiny 2 and its Shadowkeep expansion will go live on Steam, the game’s home for the foreseeable future. It may not seem like such a big deal to an outside perspective, but for Destiny 2 PC players it’s a serious event - perhaps a little too serious....

Whenever a new activity releases in Destiny 2, players will rush to try and complete it in any way possible. Typically, this results in players completing these activities by themselves, and the game even rewards you on occasion. However, one Destiny 2 player took this challenge to the extreme by only using one weapon type, not using any Artifact Mods, and not having a HUD. Bungie has revealed that Destiny 2’s Trials of the Nine is being put on ice ‘indefinitely.’ The 3v3 elimination mode has been on hiatus since during Season 4 of the shared-world shooter sequel, although it doesn’t seem like it’ll be making a comeback for quite a while yet. You may remember the feature was introduced back in 2015, when it was known as Trials of Osiris for the original Destiny. However, Bungie admitted that revamping it for the sequel didn’t really work out as well as it had hoped....

Dante from the Devil May Cry series is no stranger to fighting games, as he has appeared in both PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale and the Marvel vs. Capcom series. There is one big crossover fighting game that has yet to include Dante among its roster and that’s Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
