Eagle Dynamics released a new trailer showing upcoming updates coming for the DCS World‘s popular Supercarrier expansion. Rick Remender and Wes Craig’s graphic novel, Deadly Class, has received the adaptation treatment courtesy of the Russo Brothers and is now airing on Syfy with its own take on the story. Deadly Class the series is set in a dark, heightened world against the backdrop of late ‘80s counterculture, following the story of Marcus (Benjamin Wadsworth). Syfy’s official synopsis describes him as “a teen living on the streets who is recruited into Kings Dominion, an elite private academy where the world’s top crime families send their next generations....

Deadpool was a box office smash, bringing in a huge $783 worldwide haul for an R-rated film, and proved even more popular amongst torrenters, reports TorrentFreak. The superhero movie was the most torrented film of 2016, with the blog calling it a “clear winner”. Torrents for the film appeared way back in February, with millions downloading the Ryan Reynolds action movie. Deadpool was one of many comic book films to make the Torrent Top 10, including Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in 2nd, Captain America Civil War in 3rd, X-Men Apocalypse at 5th and Suicide Squad in 8th....

The cooperative first person shooter Deep Rock Galactic will receive another big update next month. The update, titled New Frontiers, will launch on February 4 on Steam. The biggest features of the new update will be two brand new biomes, each containing new types of enemies. The update will also include some quality of life changes like UI improvements, and something streamers should be very happy about. The first new biome is Azure Weald, a neon bioluminescent area overgrown with alien plant life....

Frontier Foundry and developer KeokeN Interactive have released the second developer diary for Deliver Us Mars, the sequel to 2018’s Deliver Us the Moon. The diary, “Earth’s Last Hope,” explores the father-daughter relationship at the game’s centre. And it gives us a look at the actors, as well. Ellise Chappel plays the game’s heroine, Kathy Johanson. Neil Newbon is the game’s performance director, and he also plays Kathy’s father, Isaac Johanson....

Bungie announced on their blog that there will be exclusive emblems available for veteran Destiny players. Players can obtain a total of seven different emblems. These emblems act as a way to personalize a guardian and show off the trials and triumphs of the player. Unfortunately, some of the emblems are only available to those who participated in specific events. Four of the seven (Laurel Triumphant, Laurea Prima II, Slayer of Oryx, and Heard the Call) are tied to the first and second year Moments of Triumph....

Traditionally, some of the most sought after gear in Destiny 2 is the weapons and armor that come from the game’s raids. Bungie is no stranger to hiding Easter eggs within its games with Destiny 2 having been at the center of many of them. Destiny 2 players have known about the return of the Thunderlord for a while now, but it’s only now that Guardians have been able to take part in a quest to get their hands on the Exotic weapon. The quest revolves around solving the murder of Master Ives, a Cryptarch seen in the Reef in Destiny 1, which kicked off during the Halloween-themed Festival of the Lost. The multi-part quest has been slowly unlocking over the past few weeks, with the final step now available....

Destiny 2 players who plan on playing the game today should note that the servers will be down for a short period of time this morning/afternoon. It’s been announced by Bungie that Destiny 2 servers will go down at about 8am PT, for a period of roughly 30 minutes. During that time, the game will be completely inaccessible as Bungie performs routine maintenance. When the Destiny 2 servers come back up, players may be stuck in a queue for a bit, but it shouldn’t take long for them to get back into the game....

Monster Hunter World on PC has finally gotten the Deviljho update. It remains to be seen if players even want this hyper-aggressive terror showing up randomly during their hunts. But I suppose that random and unpredictable element is what makes Monster Hunter so fun. Capcom has just dropped the update today, which includes the Deviljho as well as his weapon and armor sets and the Vagnis armor sets. It also adds a Dragonproof Mantle, which does what it says on the tin and blocks Dragon Element damage....

Earlier this week, Sega screwed up its announcement of a promising-looking Sonic Origins retro collection by listing a bizarre selection of pre-order bonuses, DLC and deluxe edition content. “Character animation in the main menu” and “camera controls over the main menu islands” were listed as being part of the Premium Fun Pack DLC or the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition. The same is true of the game’s “Hard Missions”. A bonus listed simply as “Letterbox Background” is highlighted as being available in either the Premium Fun Pack DLC or the separate Start Dash Pack DLC - free but only if you pre-order....

While exploring the Library of Zoltun Kulle in Diablo Immortal you might come across the Kulle’s Hidden Chambers world event, which can lead to searching for the Hydra location and Golem location. Once you find five lost pages as part of the event in the library, you can make a Portal Tome. When used, the Tome has the chance of spawning the Fleshcraft Hydra or Sandstone Golem world bosses. If the difficult bosses do spawn for you, you can find out their locations in Diablo Immortal below, as well as other useful information you should know about activating this world event....

Earlier this year, acclaimed indie designer Terry Cavanagh (Super Hexagon, VVVVVV) debuted his newest game, Dicey Dungeons. This new release quickly earned its fair share of critical acclaim, including the Grand Jury award at this year’s IndieCade independent games festival. Initially, Dicey Dungeons was released exclusively for the PC, however a new post on Cavanagh’s blog confirms that both mobile and Switch ports are currently underway.
