Bandai Namco is resurrecting its Dark Pictures Anthology Friend’s Pass promotion once more, enabling owners of the three-strong horror series to invite a friend to play through any Shared Story mode for free until the end of February. All three Dark Pictures Anthology titles - Man of Medan, Little Hope, and House of Ashes - are eligible this time around, and players that own any of them on Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation can invite one friend to complete one full playthrough of the co-operative Shared Story mode for free per game....

A growing subset of the Destiny 2: Shadowkeep player base is growing frustrated over perceived unfair design at the game’s highest Power levels. Multiple threads on the Destiny subreddit are taking issue with Destiny 2’s current Max Power level and Pinnacle Power rewards. To put it simply, the only way to climb to Destiny 2’s current Power cap is to earn time-gated rewards, rewards that only incrementally increase the player’s Power level....

Bungie has released a list of content and events that will no longer be available to Destiny players on ‘legacy consoles’ – that’s PS3 and Xbox 360. Diablo Immortal, Blizzard’s recently released mobile (and PC) title, has racked up $24 million USD in revenue in two weeks. This data was revealed via AppMagic, and shows that the game has been a financial success for the company. However, this isn’t exactly brilliant news due to Diablo Immortal‘s notorious use of microtransactions. DICE has announced that the Open Beta for Battlefield V will kick off on September 6. Those of you who have pre-ordered the World War II shooter can get access to the beta on September 4. Likewise, early access will also be given out for subscribers to EA Access, Origin Access, and Origin Access Premier.
