In case it was heartbreaking enough that Nathan Fillion’s Cayde-6 is going to die in Destiny 2‘s Forsaken DLC, it seems that Fillion will not reprise his role for the character’s final appearance. Fillion informed Kotaku that he was unavailable to voice the character at the time that Bungie needed to record Cayde-6’s final lines. Instead, Cayde-6 will be voiced by Nolan North (who also voices Destiny‘s Ghost).
