Call of Duty: Modern Warfare recently released a major update that added the crossbow weapon to the game, gave players five more loadout slots, and changed up the playlists. Unfortunately, the recent Modern Warfare update has also caused a major unforeseen problem, resetting stats for some players. As of the time of this writing, fans of the popular first-person shooter franchise are still waiting for a fix. It’s unclear exactly when a fix for the MW stat reset bug will be released, but Infinity Ward is “actively working” on a fix....

Outrageously erroneous name aside, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is shaping up to be the most revolutionary CoD title in the last decade. While that’s a line we’ve heard again and again from Activision talking heads following the announcement of the next annual installment of the series, that claim seems to ring true this time around. Pokemon GO is an AR game where you travel your world IRL & catch Pokemon. This is an off-shoot from the Base Pokemon games. Even Though it is an off-shoot, it shares a lot of similarities. HOLD IT! Good news for fans of the courtroom drama adventure series today, as word comes that Capcom is looking to develop an entry in the series for Nintendo Switch for release after April next year. The news comes from a Japanese interview with COO Haruhiro Tsujimoto conducted by Jiji and helpfully summarised in English by Wall Street Journal writer Takashi Mochizuki, which states that Capcom is currently working on multiple titles for the Switch that they hope to release after April 2018, one of which includes a new Ace Attorney game....

Ever since its launch, COD Modern Warfare has had its fair share of bugs, glitches, and terrible error codes. One of these includes the Dev error code 11063 that players have been encountering. Nine years is a long time to wait for a sequel. Just ask any Elder Scrolls or Grand Theft Auto fan (well, at least nine years and counting). For fans of Company of Heroes, a follow-up to the second game, released in 2013, must have felt like a long trek. Thankfully for them, Sega and Relic Entertainment revealed Company of Heroes 3 today, and it’s releasing for PC in 2022. IGN announced the game only an hour ago....

Company of Heroes is a legendary RTS and probably the finest strategy game Relic ever produced. Its board game adaptation is currently on Kickstarter — and it has been funded more than twice over. At the time of this writing, the Company of Heroes Board Game has attracted over $250,000 in funding — or 250% of the original amount asked. There are still 21 days left in the campaign, which will end on June 26....

Today, Crunchyroll revealed its worldwide distribution plan for Suzume no Tojimari, also known as Suzume’s Door-Locking in English. The second film by director Makoto Shinkai since his hit title Your Name, the anime film will see the streaming platform team up wit Sony and Wild Bunch Team to bring the film to fans all around the globe. North America will have Crunchyroll is the sole distributor, with Latin America, Australia/New Zealand, the Middle East, and portions of Europe getting distributed by Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment....

The StarLadder CS:GO Major play-offs continue on in Berlin, showcasing some of the best talent in professional Counter-Strike. The last two quarter-finals are now completed, leaving us with just four remaining teams who could lift the trophy on Sunday. The first quarter-final of the day saw North Americans NRG come up against Russian-Ukrainian squad Natus Vincere. NRG tore through the group stage, taking down both Liquid and Astralis to grant themselves a 3-0 record and a spot in the playoffs....

Cuphead is a classic run-and-gun action game created by Studio MDHR. The game melds the old aesthetic Cartoon-Comic looks into a Boss fight action game. Yacht Club Games, the studio behind the excellent 8-bit-flavoured platformer Shovel Knight, has announced its next project, Cyber Shadow. This time, it’s teaming up with one-man developer Aarne ‘MekaSkull’ Hunziker, and will be handling the publishing side of things. Keeping in with the retro theme of its previous title, Cyber Shadow takes the form of a 2D side-scrolling platformer that channels franchises such as Super Mario Bros., Ninja Gaiden, and Contra....

CD Projekt Red has revealed that development of Cyberpunk 2077 has now reached a point where the game is playable from start to finish. Cool your jets if you think it’s almost done though; rather, the story is now in place, but there’s still a ton of bug fixing and playtesting to be done. Still, it’s a milestone worth celebrating, especially as we have no idea when the game will be out....

The Dark Souls franchise remains one of the most popular and influential series to have come out within the 2010s. This does not mean that developer From Software designed these games perfectly, however. In fact, recent news surfaced regarding a serious security vulnerability in Dark Souls III that allows hackers to install malware and take control of players’ PCs. The release of Sony’s exclusive title, Days Gone, is nearly upon us, with all but a day left before it becomes available. Developer Bend Studio has wasted no time revealing that free DLC will make its way in June, inclusive of a fourth difficulty mode. Sony says that the game will release with a “30+ hour golden path” and many more hours of open world hordes, ambush camps, infestation zones, mysterious NERO checkpoints, and dynamic events, whether it’s played on Easy, Normal, or Hard....

The Season 8 seasonal pursuit quest for Iron Banner has a bit of a problem with one of its steps, but the good news is that there is a way around it. Destiny 2 players began to run into a problem with the “Scour the Rust” objective in the “Conviction” step of the Iron Banner quest, which is how players can get the Iron Banner armor for Season 8. The objective calls for grenade launcher kills in Iron Banner, but players began to notice that getting kills with grenade launchers did not actually progress the objective....

PAX West 2019 attendees checking out Bungie’s Destiny 2 stations caught an early look at some upcoming content. Two new Destiny 2 Exotic weapons were discovered slipped into players’ Exotics tab. The first is a rocket launcher named Deathbringer that can produce Void orbs. The second is an as-yet-unnamed LMG described as “an instant linear fusion” with no drop-off. Both Exotics had what’s assumed to be the Shadowkeep expansion’s tag on their label....
