Death Stranding, the latest game by legendary developer Hideo Kojima, is set amid the ruins of a supernatural apocalypse, where humanity’s last colonies struggle to survive. Holding them together are the Bridges, porters who brave otherworldly oddities and cult-like bandits to deliver supplies to the people that endured the titular Death Stranding. As one of these porters, the protagonist Sam Bridges spends a great deal of the game crossing the vast open-world with packages to deliver, and although its possible to do it on foot, having a vehicle can make the journey much easier....

Earlier this month, reports surfaced that Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding is no longer listed as a PS4 exclusive after Sony’s official PlayStation site in Australia removed the upcoming game from its list of exclusives. Now, it appears that the game is a PS4 exclusive again. In a photo posted by Hideo Kojima on Twitter, the developer is seen posing in front of a Death Stranding poster with the label “Exclusive for PlayStation 4” written in German....

Ever since it was first announced, Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding has been one of the industry’s most hotly-anticipated games. While there’s still about a week of waiting fans will have to do before they can get their hands on the game, professional reviews have started appearing online, and many are in agreement that Death Stranding is yet another Hideo Kojima classic, though others aren’t quite on board. It’s a big week for Destiny 2 players with several new events and activities including Festival of the Lost. Bungie’s finally set to nerf one of Destiny 2’s most highly-rated exotics following the release of latest expansion, Shadowkeep. The devs have been looking to even the playing field where it relates to PvP as of late and changes have been aplenty. Many weapons and supers, as well as the way both buffs and nerfs are calculated, have been altered - but some items managed to slip through the cracks and so did various supers....

Following the launch of Destiny 2: Shadowkeep, players quickly discovered small hidden statues around the lunar surface. The idols appeared to be Jade Rabbit figurines in an astronaut suit and required players to find them an offering similar to the cat statues of The Dreaming City. The secret quest involves finding Tasty Rice Cakes and ultimately provides players with valuable rewards including Phantasmal Cores which eventually lead to the Dreambane Armor set....

Since its official reveal, there have been questions about whether or not Call of Duty: Modern Warfare would include a battle royale mode. While the game promises a return to the series’ roots, battle royale became a breakout hit for the Call of Duty franchise in Black Ops 4 and most figured it was here to stay. Apparently, Cate Blanchett is in talks to play Lilith the Siren in the movie adaptation of Borderlands (via Variety). Blanchett’s casting would be one more boon for the adaptation, which has gotten Chernobyl’s Craig Mazin penning the screenplay and Cabin Fever’s Eli Roth directing. Avi and Ari Arad are producing through Arad Productions, and Erik Feig is producing the movie through Picturestart.
