Signing a deal with Activision to launch future Call of Duty content on PlayStation platforms first “was almost a no-brainer”, PlayStation Europe boss Jim Ryan has said. “Our greatest achievement from the Call of Duty announcement? It didn’t leak,” Ryan explained in the latest issue of MCV. “It’s a fantastic IP and it was almost a no-brainer to do the deal.” Sony revealed that it had snagged the deal to launch Black Ops 3’s DLC first on PlayStation last week, following years of an exclusivity partnership between Microsoft and Activision....

The news comes not long after Activision confirmed that the Call of Duty League would be shown exclusively on YouTube. The Australian Government has rated a ‘Castlevania: Advance Collection‘ over the weekend, indicating a new compilation is potentially on the way. It also didn’t detail exactly which games would be in the collection either. However, the ‘Advance’ in the title seems to indicate that the compendium could include the three Castlevania games that released for the Game Boy Advance between 2001 and 2003....
